Chaplaincy Update

On Monday of the previous week, I put the cross on my Army uniform, and officially became a Chaplain the Army National Guard.  I will be a part of the Indiana National Guard, and am looking forward to my first weekend in ministry as a Chaplain next weekend.  Pray that God gives a harvest of souls.  I will start off by working at a local mobilization center counseling with and preaching to Soldiers that are on their way to or from the Combat Zones of Iraq or Afghanistan.

Street Ministry

My father and law and I enjoyed a great time of ministry in the streets of Louisville with Brother Banks from our home church.  We had contact with several individuals, some were homeless, others were not, but they were all sinners in need of a Savior.  It was a privilege to share the Gospel with these individuals. 

Please pray for Randy, a homeless man who was infected with HIV.  Also remember Jerome, a homosexual man who showed some desire for change, but did not seem to grasp how terrible ...
